If the progress bar displays the text “Installing…” for more than 30 minutes, try these steps:


  1. Stop the install by clicking “Pause”, and then “Cancel”
  2. Quit the Xaeon Browser
  3. Navigate to the installation folder you selected and delete the folder named XaeonBrowser.

                Unless you specified a custom location, this will be located in:

    Windows: %AppData%\Roaming\Xaeon

    macOS: ~/Applications/Games/Xaeon

  1. Delete the file 'sovereigns.json' from: 

    Windows: %AppData%\Roaming\Xaeon

    macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Xaeon

  1. Restart the Utherverse.io download.


If the issue persists, repeat the above steps again, this time choosing a different install location. If you still cannot install Utherverse.io, please contact support.
