If the progress bar displays the text “Installing…” for more than 30 minutes, try these steps:
- Stop the install by clicking “Pause”, and then “Cancel”
- Quit the Xaeon Browser
- Navigate to the installation folder you selected and delete the folder named XaeonBrowser.
Unless you specified a custom location, this will be located in:
Windows: %AppData%\Roaming\Xaeon
macOS: ~/Applications/Games/Xaeon
- Delete the file 'sovereigns.json' from:
Windows: %AppData%\Roaming\Xaeon
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Xaeon
- Restart the Utherverse.io download.
If the issue persists, repeat the above steps again, this time choosing a different install location. If you still cannot install Utherverse.io, please contact support.
