The Game Client freezes on the login screen Print

Logging into the Game Client should be almost instant. If the client completely freezes while attempting to log in, we recommend performing a fresh install. To do so,

open the Xaeon Browser and
click the small gear icon near the Launch button, then
select “Reinstall”.
